Support Groups

At Wellington Mental Health and Wellness we understand that there are times when we can all become overwhelmed by feelings of loss, abandonment or worry for our future. Our support groups for both men and women provides support and an opportunity to share feelings, personal experiences and coping strategies to protect and improve mental health and wellbeing.

24/7 Helpline

At Wellington Mental Health and Wellness we understand that everyone needs a listening ear; that is why our trained counsellors are available 24 hours a day to help those who are experiencing deep feelings of sadness, loneliness or hopelessness.

Always Here

We're here to help those who are experiencing feelings of deep sadness, despair or even thoughts of suicide. We work hard to ensure that those in need at a time of personal crisis receive the care and support they need at that moment of critical urgency; not when the financial consideration of local health authorities or public services allow.

Please help us ensure that no call for help goes unanswered by making a donation today.

At Wellington Mental Health and Wellness we believe that good mental wellbeing is an essential resources for life. At present, Covid 19 is challenging us in ways we could never have imagined. People are adjusting to a new way of life that for many means losing their financial security, for others their hopes for the future and, tragically, for too many, our loved ones. As such, week on week we receive a greater number of calls to our helpline from those in deep distress; calls we simply cannot put on hold or defer.

By making a donation to Wellington Mental Health and Wellness, you will be helping those who are experiencing feelings of unhappiness and despair access vital care and support when needed most.
